The launch of the Radon Localizer site

 

The goal is to emphasize the importance of radon awareness and stimulate increasing radon interest in the world.
 

December 2006

Venture Cup nomination for business concept

 

In the first step of the business plan competition, Radon Localizer was among the 30 nominated of the 352 projects. 10 of the nominated projects did receive a prize for their business concept. 
 

November 2006

The second granted Radon detection scholarship

 

A second scholarship from Innovationsbron Väst, for a continuation of the technology verification, with a changed concept.
 

October 2006

Venture Cup Väst 06/07 business plan competition

 

The participation in the 2-semester Venture Cup business plan competition. Many stimulating contacts were established during this period.
 

November 2005

Radon detection scholarship granted

 

A scholarship from Innovationsbron Väst for 6 months verification of the novel technology.
 

January 2005

Presentation of the Radon detection project

 

to Chalmers Entreprenörskola. The project was evaluated until March 2005. It was considered technology possible to patent but with development left.
 

June 2004

Presenting the Master thesis

 

confidentially, in a small group at Gothenburg University. The name of the thesis is "Radon Detection, With a New Approach". It is not yet published due to the probable application for a patent.
 

March 2004

Presentation of the Radon detection project

 

to Innovation Västra Götaland.
 

December 2003

First succeeded Radon measurements

 

during the work with the thesis at Gothenburg University. The setup was bulky but the result was proportional to the radon content in air.
 

October 2003

Presentation of the Radon detection project

 

at GU Affärsutveckling in Gothenburg. This contact resulted in a lot of input concerning the different alternatives for future action.
 

March 2003

The first application for a Radon detection scholarship

 

at Teknikbrostiftelsen in Gothenburg.
